Can't Play After Recent Update (Error #21)

This is the message when I try the patcher. Since the recent update, I've been unable to play. I tried yesterday and again today. Tried restarting my comp. Tried the singapore=1 fix in settings. I'm using Windows 11. My internet works fine. Any help is appreciated.

After extracting the files, simply launch YunaMS.exe
