Fix reduction of monster hotbox after F/P Paralyze

Not sure if it's a purposeful feature but it makes grinding at popular areas (e.g. fes2) more difficult.

Hi, sorry I meant hit box. Not a big deal, just wondering why the hit box shrinks when monster is paralyzed which causes fp mage to not be able to hit multiple rows in popular maps. Thanks! (Struggled to upload a video from my phone so I used screenshot instead).

Ah gotcha, I still don't see any media - a video would be best to fully understand position, map, monster location, etc
