- [Dawn Warrior]: Intreprid Slash: Increased attack count 3>4; damage 250%>230%; now scales linearly
Quality of Life / Other Changes:
- The settings file in your YMS folder will no longer be replaced for patches going forward. IF MISSING, REDOWNLOAD HERE.
- Optimized speed of saving players by reducing multiple calls to save (may address CC'ing issues)
- Automated events will now occur every 4 hours instead of every 6
- Guild Masters and Jr. Masters can now view member last-login days via Lenario in Guild HQ
- Removed Ice Queen Face for now (causing issues; if you have it currently, please use @gm for a comp!)
- Increased the daily cap on PQ Points from 100 to 200
- Increased the Spirit Point and PQ Points gains across YMS to adjust for the removal of Area Boss SP (see dev notes!)
- Decreased the cost of Super Megaphones in Jarvis' item shop from 50K mesos to 10K mesos
- Decreased the cost of ciders in Jarvis' item shop from 15K to 5K mesos
Fixes:
- Fixed guild operations failing to broadcast updates to all members
- Fixed improper handling of medal map quests, causing delays in saves/loads as well as failing to properly save
- Fixed players being able to make starter items permanent (no use for it!)
- Fixed blank facial expressions on Coy Face
- Potentially fixed hanging black screens while changing channels (please let me know how it feels now!)

RE: General: Apart from some hiccups which have been addressed, server is performing very well! We
do still get the occasional DDoS, since it appears the attacker is still hurt that we refuse to
entertain them. Regardless, my main focus for YMS is stability and performance, and trying to fit
in QoL along the way. ALSO, going to start putting dev notes near the bottom of the patch notes,
just so we don't clutter the actual changes. Going forward, if dev notes are available, just check
for this spoiler!
RE: Skill Changes: Mages required some balancing for sure, FPs were outperforming consistently and
so nerfing them along with a slight balance to both IL Mage and BW mages brings them all right
around the same area. Bishops remain untouched, and on the lower side, since they have more
utility. Shadowers were unable to take advantage of their final hit due to macro, so adding an extra line,
while reducing the damage, balances this out without REQUIRING the final hit, and without
compromising on overall DPS. Arans High Mastery was simply not working, so the adjustment there is
a no-brainer. Nightwalkers received an overall alignment on some skills to ensure consistency
without any real DPS change. Same with Bucc/TB CSB. Hero's enrage became a slightly useless skill,
so its now aligned similar to Bowmasters Concentrate. And finally, Dawn Warrior was indeed
Underperforming, so a tweak to the attack count and damage puts it right around Heros, even with
Sharp Eye factored in. The other changes are just nice little quality of life changes! Here's a breakdown

RE: Guild Summary/Community Chat: guild summary was added purely as a way for leaders and jr. leaders
to purge any old characters that have not logged in for a while, solely for the purpose of making
space for new players. We've received plenty of suggestions about a world chat or alliance cap
increase to include members, however I want to see how these changes feels first. With the decrease
in super megaphone costs, I'm hoping players will opt into using them as a utility, just like how
they were used in GMS. Now, theres pros and cons to any approach, but overall I want to maintain
the core YMS vision, which aligns most closely to a v83 MSPS. So hopefully leaders can purge their
guilds, make room for additional users, and newer players can more easily access chatting to the
entire world. If this works out, great! Otherwise, and only then, will it be worth exploring
another option.
RE: PQ/SP Points: In an effort to provider players with more ways to gain Spirit Points, we were
discussing various options. Area Boss SP removal was a hot topic, and so we definitely needed to
provide another solution, despite the increase in the weeklies completion gains. Increasing the PQ
Points gained is a 3-birds-1-stone situation that we feel addresses a few things: A. we'll see more
PQers of all levels (including high levels who may need a break from the typical BT/grind without
compromising on OPTIMAL OUTPUT), B. players will have more points to spend in the shop (which also
increases mesos available for newer players early-on, and last but certainly not least, C. ALL
players now have a reliable way to obtain more Spirit Points by trading in the PQ points via
Jarvis. These changes, along with the buffs to SP gains from bosses, successfully addresses all
painpoints expressed by players. One final note is that: I want players to be able to scroll gear
without having to worry about "BEST IN SLOT" all the time. Hopefully this opens up the doors to
more unconventional builds for everyone. CAMAAAHN, LIVE A LITTLE! See breakdown of old vs. new:

RE: Medal Quests: Please note that the medal map quests are now working as intended. However, this
required resetting progress since the database structure has changed. Since they weren't saving in
the first place, this should not have immediate impact since it was never saving properly in the
first place heh. It WILL, however, give us a nice little performance boost!
