Description of Bug: Equipping a 78 WDef shield with Shield Mastery 20 increases WDef by 156 (+100%, or 2.0 x 78) when the DB and in-game description for SM20 says +200%. For this example, it should be 78 base + 156 from SM20 = +234 WDef when equipping it.

How to Replicate Bug:
- Equip any shield with WDef. Try it on SM0, it should increase WDef by 1.00 * X.
- Equip the shield again with SM19, it should increase WDef by floor(1.95 * X).
- Equip the shield again with SM20, and see if it increases WDef by 2.00 * X (bug) or 3.00 * X (intended).
- Repeat this test for the other buffed SM classes, Hero and Shadower (which I don't have access to), to see if the bug is in their skills, too.

- Equipping my same 78 WDef shield with SM19 increases WDef by 152 (+95%, or 1.95 x 78) which matches the DB and in-game description of SM19.
- When I brought this up in the YMS discord #bug-report-chat channel on 30 August, I was ignored, so I brought it up in Alliance chat and was chastised for investing in Shield Mastery at all. I think this demonstrates how weak this skill is perceived to be--even with the buff! However, I will save discussion on whether to improve it for those who know far more about the game than me, especially since that discussion would be better made in Community > Suggestions.
- Shield Mastery does not seem to improve Magic Defense from the shield whatsoever. Perhaps a description change from "Shield Defense increases" to "Shield Physical Defense increases" would be more helpful and accurate (or improve both defenses on the shield, either one).
