False Positive/Themida Note

Some may be concerned that the client or some of the YMS DLL files are being detected by their anti-virus/anti-malware software. This is highly common, and completely normal in the MSPS community.

To give some insight on this, Nexon has protected the game client with Themida, which is a software protection tool. This tool is used to prevent hackers from reverse-engineering the game, making it harder for them to create cheats.
Some talented individuals have managed to bypass this protection, which is why we are able to use the game client for our own private network. As a result, most security software will now automatically pick-up these types of files as a virus.

Some security software may delete the files. To prevent this, it's important to add an exclusion to your security software for your game folder.

Step 1

Step 2

Extract the downloaded files to a folder of your choice.

Right-click the downloaded file and select "Extract Here" in the 7-Zip section.

Create an exclusion in your anti-virus for the full folder path

Some security software simply hates us - this ensures the game runs smoothly!

Step 4

That's it! Just double-click the YunaMS.exe file.

A reminder that you can change the resolution of your game by editing the settings.ini file included with your download.
