    Make Quest ring tradeable within account only

    Hello, I love the idea behind applying Monster Book achievements on the account rather than the character only. however I think Quest Ring deserves the same treatment as well. What are your thoughts? thanks.

    Power Stance- feedback

    Power stance at 90% is a bit 'feelsbad' compared to all the utility changes we have so far. Not saying it should be at 100% however it could use a small buff on it.
