Description of Bug: ring posted doesn't show the chat box, its just empty space above the head. message typed while ring is equipped can only be read in chat box at bottom of screen.
How to Replicate Bug: equip bugcat catpoo and type some stuffs

Can confirm as a third party witness. Whenever the user would speak in ALL, there would be no chat bubble. Only text in the textbox.
