My tiniest problem ever, but I feel like most people always have Fast Travel purchased (who waits for boats?), but Fast Travel is always the second option at ticket vendors / boat operators. Can they be swapped to the first position so I can just hold down NPC chat and get what my lazy @$$ wants?
