Allow all P2W convenience perks to be also purchasable with meso

I noticed that the donor shop has a few convenience perks for donors only: 30 day teleport rock, miu miu, auto all cure, etc. I think it's okay to include those as a donor perk but they should all be purchasable via meso too to avoid P2W and also to create additional meso sinks in the game. Tons of players will not give this server more than 10 minutes of their time once they see that donors have unique advantages that cannot be obtained through normal gameplay.

Will not move forward with this as these items are still available to all players via mesos, just at a shorter duration or requiring a bit more manual user input vs. automatic, so I would argue these are not technically P2W, moreso pay for luxury. And frankly we will need a method to generate revenue to mitigate server expenses as we begin to scale with the increased player count. Thanks for understanding
