an addition to widget - turn off repeatable quests

Suggestion: Considering the server's focus on extensive questing, it might be beneficial to implement a feature allowing players to deactivate or disable repeatable quests, potentially through a gadget or in-game command. These quests not only clutter the log but also obscure genuine quests. Moreover, it can be difficult to discern which quests contribute to specific milestones, such as obtaining the 1k quests ring.

ideally they would disappear from quest log and from above the NPC's head, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to implement both but even just removing them from quest log will prevent unnecessary travel to a different continent :p
