Bucc corckscrew and backspin blow dont work

Description of Bug: corkscrew and backspin blow do not work, you can charge the corkscrew punch but it will not cast at all
How to Replicate Bug: just try to attack and it wont work.
Additional Notes (optional): im also having an issue where mob names/hp wont show, pet wont restore hp/mp with appropriate equips purchased from cash shop

I just tried it on another laptop and it works fine. Are there any issues with windows 7 PCs?

Strangely, this issue is resolved by updating your Windows and restarting your machine. You can also try running the file named "RUN_FIXES" inside your YMS folder.
