somewhat perma error 38

Description of Bug: i login and dc with error 38 within a few minutes.
How to Replicate Bug:
Additional Notes (optional): i went through all of the troubleshooting steps for option 15 for error 38 and im still dcing a heavy amount. v.v i cri

What did you do last before the issue started? I think it may be related to cZak or summons.

last night i was farming skele before bed. the issues started when i woke up this morning and logged in and spawned in the fm .-.
