Hi i have a few suggestion do let me know if i miss anything or the information is wrong.
General Gears
Sweetwater earring 5 slots 2 hammer
10 stats
2 wa 2 ma
Rex earring 6 slots 2 hammer
8 int 8 luk
1 wa 1 ma
Sweetwater earring = 12 tma + 56 tma(fully scrolled 10%) = 68 tma (yes we can put advanced wisdom crystal and advanced dark crystal so if we take it as 5/5 for both 68 + 10 = 78 tma in total) what are the odds of getting 5/5 thou
Rex earring = 9 tma + 64 tma(fully scrolled 10%) = 73 tma
As you can see here rex earring is indeed better then sweetwater earring unless you roll a good RNG from maker skills which is hard also rex earring is tradeable
Would suggest to highly buff sweetwater earrings stats/ma, or higher slots count to be better then rex earring
Sweetwater cape 5 slots 2 hammer
15 all stats

Goldensoul Cape 5 slots 2 hammer
9 int 9 ma
Sweetwater cape = 18 tma + 21 tma(fully scrolled 10%) = 39 tma + 10 tma = 49 tma (from advanced dark and advanced wisdom 5/5 if lucky)
Goldensoul cape 18 tma + 21 tma (fully scrolled 10%) = 39 tma
As you can see here sweetwater cape is same TMA as goldensoul cape unless you put advanced crystal in maker skills
Would suggest a slight buff to sweetwater cape as it is untradeable while goldensoul is easily obtainable and tradeable
Sweetwater glove 5 slots 2 hammer

Reverse glove 5 slots 2 hammer

Timeless glove 5 slots 2 hammer
10 int 7 luk 3 ma
Would suggest a increase of slots or highly buff sweetwater glove as it is really not good compare to timeless
Sweetwater wand/staff slow speed 7 slots 2 hammer
Int 15 luk 15 175 MA
Elemental staff fast speed 7 slots 2 hammer
Int/luk 4 183 MA
Would suggest a increase in attack speed to normal or fast for sweetwater wand/staff
This make sweetwater gears worth getting
Explorer Mages
Make infinity non dispelable like magic guard or increase swiss cheese duration to match it with gelt and narc
P.s it's really annoying to be rebuffing every 10 seconds in chaos zakum
Bishop
Increase genesis damage to 1200% from 800% as compare to other class FMAs its low damage outside of skele (same gear same skill level 30, genesis does 120k while blizzard/meteor does 200k both without infinity) was tested at future henesys monsters
Fire posion and ice/lightning has Elemental Amplification (3rd job skill) which give extra 200% while bishop does not have it
Ice/lightning
Chain lightning does not work properly in horntail (hitting 1 target which end up ice demon is better and use more often)
Fire/poison
Increase of Fire demon damage to 300% and lowering mob count (max level fire demon is 120%*2 and 6 mob count while ice demon is 600% and 1 mob count)
Fire posion have Meteor Shower and Explosion for mobbing skills already so suggest changing Fire Demon to single target skill for bossing
As i only played Mage therefore i can only speak about magician
