charm and wheel permanent?

can the safety charm and wheel of destiny be made permanent upon buying? i dont wanna keep buying them 1 by 1 and i dont wanna stock up on them when they could expire if i dont die in a month.

I think that makes sense, since you'd eventually use it so there's no reason to make it expire (of course it will still be consumed on use). That's what we're talking about yea?

Personally, I wish I could use MP to buy Safety Charms. >>;

yeah, i just accidentally bought a pack of 5 safety charms and im worried they'll expire before i use em all.
