Chief Bandit / Shield Mastery Attack.

Was wondering if it would be a good idea to makes Chief Bandits Shield Mastery give weapon attack after lvl 10? Maybe every 2 lvls gives 1 weapon attack for total of 5 or every 4 lvls from lvl 1 to 20 gives 1 weap attack for total of plus 5 weap attack not much but a little ^_^.

Shadowers are currently in a good spot, so adding this would be an arbitrary buff. Shadowers also benefit from both a weapon and a shield, so I don't see this as necessary unfortunately
