Increase drop rate of ETC in Shaolin Temple

The drop rate for the ETC for Wulin prequests is really low and makes doing them annoying.

Also, the Shaolin mobs in general just have abysmal drop rate for their ETC, so the other quests are also super slow to complete.

Can we buff the ETC to drop 100% or at least like 50% please?

Black Bear's Nails
White Tiger's Tail
Great Eagle's Feather
Burglar's Wrist Guards
Burglar's Leg Bindings
