Outlaw's (3rd job Sair) Flame Thrower and Ice Splitter not working

Mob Name (if applicable): Petris, but every mob I've tried it on so far

Description of Bug: While some damage numbers are showing, they appear 1. too low for the % value it should be, 2. it's not applying the damage to the enemy, and thus 3. it's not working at all whatsoever.
How to Replicate Bug: Just try using it on any mob

the skills appear to work on petris... did someone fix this?

No change was made, try putting the bullet type in the primary (first) slot - this may resolve the issue.
