I suggest that the cooldown be reduced to hammer heaven so that the paladin is not left behind in the aspect of training with mobs, since almost most of the skill is focused on the damage of a single target.

As much as I like this idea paladin has a more pressing issue right now. blunt weapons suck yet the they are the ones buffed the most here. They need to remove weapon specific elements and make them work with both mace and sword.

Will not move forward with this as Heaven's Hammer is in a good place, especially due to how powerful the skill can be. Thank you
