Bunch of bugs encountered while leveling a Timeless List:
1 -- It took away a stat during level-up. See the "+-39WDEF" notification in the chat window. It LOWERED the W. DEF stat by 39.
2 -- It added +1 STR during level-up, even though the item never had any STR. As far as I know, it's only supposed to add a stat that already exists on the item.
As an example, imagine if you leveled up a timeless overall and it added a bunch of W.ATT. It would be too OP, since overalls don't have W.ATT stats.
3 -- Sometimes it says "+0WDEF", which is redundant. For other stats if it didn't add anything, it doesn't say anything.... but for WDEF it seems to want to say +0WDEF".
4 -- Apparently +3 W.ATT is impossible to get on shields. I made four different shields and leveled them up to max... for a total of 20 level-ups. And did not get a single +3 W.ATT in twenty tries.
And it's not like +3 W.ATT is supposed to be rare or anything, there's a guy in Mafia guild who got +3 W.ATT five times in a row on the same glove. For a grand total of +15 W.ATT from leveling up.
Assuming the possible outcomes are +0 +1 +2 +3, the chance of me NOT getting a +3 W.ATT while leveling up is 3 out of 4. And since I made 20 attempts (20 level-ups), the odds of me never getting a +3 are:
3,486,784,401 / 1,099,511,627,776
Which is approx 0.0013. Or put another way, if you tried 20 times, the odds of you getting at least one +3 W.ATT is 99.98 %.
So it looks like gloves can get +3 W.ATT, but shields can't. Even though the shield is SUPPOSED TO have built-in W.ATT clean, whereas timeless gloves don't have any W.ATT built in.
