Description of Bug: the toggle effects isn't working 100%. it blocks most animations but this flame cog aoe comes through. it kinda hurts my eyes and makes it a bit harder to see allies for healing/dispelling.
How to Replicate Bug: toggle the effects off and have a blaze wizard cast their flame cog attack shown in image. (i apologize i am very unfamiliar with blaze wizards ^^"")
